Emanuel Cete - The Vicinia Tonsorium

The project is the rebranding of a high-end barbershop, based in Romania.

Previously called Richie Barbers, it was renamed The Vicinia Tonsorium, which translates to "The Neighbourhood Barber". The project combines both tradition and contemporary design, a nod to heritage yet reflecting the evolution of barber culture. The project is framed and informed by extensive research and analysis to develop the eventual solution. It's visual identity includes a consistent colour palette, cohesive typography and a refined logo that represents the business strongly and boldly. It also features a high-end interactive website prototype, designed and built in Figma. Providing for an effortless user experience with clean and clear navigation with an online booking facility for ease of use for both the customers and the owner.


About Emanuel

Emanuel is a fourth year student who has developed a passion for Branding, Graphic Design and Web design through his time on the Creative Digital Media course. He is a dedicated student that wants to learn new things in design and branding. Emanuel's skills include research, strategy, typography, concept development, logo creation and brand systems. In this project Emanuel demonstrates his skills in digital design, visual communication and problem solving. His acquired skills are setting him up for his future career in the creative industry with confidence, ambition and discipline.
