Robert O'Beirne - Bernard and Priscilla's Forest Adventure

When Priscilla the fox and Bernard the bear set off into the forest, they're not looking for anything in particular, just adventure.

What they find along the way is something far bigger: a world full of curious creatures, surprises, and the kind of fun that no screen could ever replicate. Packed with mischief, warmth, and woodland friends who pop up to help our heroes at every turn, this richly imaginative story is designed to spark curiosity in young readers about the world outside their door, and a desire to go and explore it. Written with parents in mind as much as children, the book gently addresses the growing challenge of screen time, offering families a shared story and a gentle nudge toward the great outdoors. The book is supported by a dedicated companion website, a practical hub of guidance, conversation starters, and activity ideas to help families reduce screen time together. From tips on building healthier daily habits to printable woodland adventure challenges, the site extends the story into everyday life.
