Have you ever tried street photography? Do you find it difficult to photograph people in public places? Street photography is something that I’m really interested in and I have tried my best to improve my street photography skills. However, I still feel a little uneasy about snapping complete strangers and I’m probably still a little over cautious when taking street photographs. I guess you have to have a lot of street photos under your belt before you get desensitized to the fear of someone clobbering you over the head with their Christmas shopping for taking their photo.
One of the most famous contemporary street shooters is a guy called Bruce Gilden. Bruce Gilden is a Magnum photographer and is famous/infamous for his in your face street style. Bruce uses a Leica camera and a flash to track down his prey on the mean streets of New York.
