I’m just waiting on a call from Hollywood!

Last year  my friends Helen and Alex asked me to play the lead role in a short movie they were making for a competition called Pangea day. It seemed like a very interesting idea so I agreed.

As can be seen from my acting skills, I think Helen was really just looking for someone with a dog and I fit the bill. Video link below….

The whole video was shot in one day (with a good bit of forward planning from Helen and Alex). Alex looked after the camera and helen directed and looked after sound. Helen also recorded and added sound effects in at the editing stages.

The whole video was put together in Apple’s Final Cut Pro and submitted for last years Pangea day competition. I’m not sure how the lads got on but it was worth getting involved in the project just for the experience of it.

So while I know all of you are busy trying to complete CA work, I though yee would get a good laugh out of this and it might even inspire some of you to make your own short movie….
