Creative Digital Media End of Year Show 2013

The Creative Digital Media programme at Institute of Technology Blanchardstown are showcasing the best work of emerging contemporary talent from the course. The degree show features multi-disciplinary projects ranging from documentaries, short film and animations, photography, app and game design, interactive installations, online environments and communications design.

All are welcome to celebrate with the up-and-coming digital creators!

Parallax Websites with St Patrick’s National School, Corduff

Well done to CDM second years on the completion of the first assignment for the Website Design II module. During the Visual Communications module in semester 1, students visited pupils of St Patrick’s National School, Corduff, where they met with more than seventy 6th  class students who kindly shared originally penned short stories with the group. New Killbarrack Youth Project website designed by CDM year 2

Well done to the CDM second year students, who worked closely with Kilbarrack Youth Project, resulting in a brand new website designed and developed by Guitar Egbon.

The Website Design module continuous assessment project, tasked students with designing and developing a new web presence for the Dublin 5 community group. (more…)

Intro to Digital Media Slideshow Video Assignments

First year students were asked to create a short video clip using only images and audio. These particular projects where chosen because they showcase a good mix of hard work, creativity and technical skill. (more…)
